Collaborate with Architects in the design specifications and construction of Insulsteel™ Building Enclosures. Insulsteel will provide design and certain professional engineering services for the high-end residential and commercial projects.

Following the completion and Clients’ approval of the design, specifications and construction budget for the Project pursuant, Insulsteel will manufacture all materials and supply the labor and supervision Project for the installation of the Insulsteel Building Enclosure “EcoShell™.”

The Insulsteel EcoShell:

• Reduction in on-site labor costs due to quicker construction.
• Reduction in material costs and less waste.
• Insulation of R-40 to R-58 is equivalent to fiberglass insulation at R-19 reduces energy demand.
• Protects from allergens, mold, moisture, pests & other pollutants.
• Reduces indoor humidity & consistent indoor temperatures and healthier air.
• Insulsteel panels can protect structures up to 200 mph winds.

• Integrated steel structure lasts longer & protects against termites and mold.

EcoShell Consultation. Insulsteel will provide design consultation to our architect partners in connection with the design of the Project and the use of the Insulsteel panel system, HVAC solar photovoltaic system, solar thermal and mechanical air exchange system and other products to construct and equip the Project.

Shop Drawing Documents. Insulsteel will work with architect partner to complete the documents, which will be incorporated in the architecture and construction specifications.

Consultation. Insulsteel will meet with Clients and Architect to discuss and outline the design and preliminary requirements for the EcoShell.

Insulsteel Design and Engineering. Insulsteel will provide design and professional engineering services for the EcoShell and Insulsteel system. The design/engineering for this phase includes:

• EcoShell design and shop drawings for the Project.
• Insulsteel Structures Free Energy Living® system engineering for the EcoShell including: foundation and HVAC solar photovoltaic system, solar thermal and mechanical air exchange system.
